Really poor customer service process. The people who answer the phone are nice and positive. But, the truth is, you're not actually allowed to talk to anyone. I simply wanted to discuss their service offerings before I submitted a request. I find it useful to check alignment before putting effort into a detailed request. I called four times. First time, no one was available to talk and I was offered a call back. The call back didn't happen. Second time, I was just repeatedly told I had to fill in the online form, despite having told them I wanted to have a brief chat first. Third time my call was cut off without explanation. Fourth time, the person I spoke to was very helpful and tenacious, called through to a number of people, no one would talk - I was offered a call back in half an hour. It didn't happen. It seems to me that the reception team are repeatedly let down by the experts in the back office - typical poor implementation of a customer service process. The reception make promises that the professionals don't/can't/won't fulfil. It gives a very poor impression of an organisation. I spoke to a number of other market research agencies and they were all easy to get hold of and happy to have an initial chat. This lot - couldn't get through to them. It's a joke, as they have a number on their website - why have a number on your website if people actually can't do anything useful when calling that number. Even if they call me back now, I won't deal with them. Their credibility and professinalism is poor. "

In my case, I was able to contribute some thoughts on why or why not to take a virus shot And I believe that my feedback was helpful. In offering a survey for a Potential marketing script For getting a virus shot I believe it’s more important that it be Doctor centric not Necessarily direct to consumer. At least for now. I take what my doctors recommend. The other feedback I gave was in the area of what interest me and making a decision on a Vaccine and simply stated, I think statistics are really important questions like Is there a Local or regional epidemic? Facts on how many people have shown to be treated For a specific virus. In any event, this was a thought-provoking. Interesting survey, well presented and a joy to participate in.
