Penny over charged me for my service. I spoke with a lot of my peers and they were absolutely shocked with the price a paid.I have a small solo cleaning business & I caregiver (on the books w/ a company so a W2). She charged me $250 with a “discount”I emailed her a week later bc I needed to add a few checks I found and she said it would be $100 to go back and edit my taxes.This was not fair at all. I have had my taxes done by Flower City Tax for about 4 or 5 years and I won't go anywhere else! I've worked with John and Penny and both are great. The prices are fair, it's a smooth process that they make quick and simple and I know my taxes were done right. They take the time to explain anything I have questions about.
