Flux+Form is a specialist AI training partner for independent advertising and creative agencies. We help agency teams use generative AI with intention in real client work, without losing the thinking that makes the work worth making.

Founded by Jeremy Swiller, who brings almost 30 years of experience across traditional, digital, global, startup, and in-house agencies, Flux+Form is built specifically for the disciplines, dynamics, and pressures of agency work, not generic business automation.

Our flagship program is The Creative Cadence Workshop: a live, hands-on AI training engagement of one 90-minute session per week over 8 weeks, designed to fit around a working agency week. Instead of tool demos or generic "AI 101," it builds the practical workflows, shared language, and guardrails a creative team needs to put AI into real client work responsibly.

Every engagement is founder-led and continuously updated as the strategies evolve, with the emphasis on judgment, craft, and decision-making rather than chasing features. Flux+Form works with advertising, creative, and marketing agencies across the United States and Canada.
