We were at a critical juncture in the growth of our brand when we started looking for a growth partner to take over our affiliate program. As the industry leader in wellness products based on mushrooms, our goal was to expand into value-aligned, performance-driven alliances that would not only boost traffic but also significantly improve lifetime customer value and brand affinity. Furnée Brands came into play at that point. We knew exactly what we wanted: an experienced team capable of creating a more intelligent, performance-based affiliate infrastructure that prioritizes wellness-first brand synergy over high-volume outreach. From the beginning, Furnée Brands adopted a customized and strategic approach. Instead of relying on volume for show, their team thoroughly audited our affiliate funnel, redesigned our tracking environment, redesigned the partner qualification process, and implemented a partnership hierarchy model that made a clear distinction between short-term affiliates and long-term brand collaborators. Deliverables included a completely redesigned affiliate portal with personalized onboarding processes, vertical-specific messaging sequences, and a new set of partner materials that mirrored our wellness philosophy and updated messaging. In order to adjust outreach in real-time, they also implemented a quarterly calibration system that combined data from internal sales attribution, partner feedback, and performance.
