Fantastic service delivering some Canadian Tire furniture for the yard. Driver and his colleague were friendly and polite. They carried everything through to the back and took away all the packaging. Even waited and checked the van when we thought we were missing a piece (we weren't). Awesome! "

I had a very disappointing experience with Go Logistics.My delivery was originally scheduled for June 5, but Go Logistics failed to deliver within the agreed timeframe, forcing the delivery to be rescheduled to June 8. This was already frustrating, but the situation became worse due to conflicting information provided by the company.On multiple occasions, including in an email on June 4, I was advised that the delivery would include assembly. However, on the day of delivery, I was informed that Go Logistics does not provide assembly services. Had this been communicated earlier, I would have had sufficient time to arrange an alternative solution. Instead, I have been left scrambling ahead of an important event on June 9.What was most disappointing was the customer service I received from the Customer Service Manager, Cristine. Rather than taking ownership of the issue or attempting to find a reasonable solution, she repeatedly redirected responsibility to Canadian Tire. Throughout our conversation, she was dismissive, frequently talked over me, and ultimately ended the call by hanging up.Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company responds when they do. Unfortunately, Go Logistics failed both in delivering the service that was promised and in handling the resulting customer concerns professionally. I would not recommend their services based on this experience. "

Excellent delivery guys who went above and beyond in delivering the products exactly where I wanted them placed. They were very friendly and cheerful. Great service and a great attitude. I did not catch their names, but please thank them for me. "

One of your drivers just passed me with the most unsafe pass I’ve ever seen. Considering I was going 120km/h in an 80 is a bit more crazy. He almost hit me trying to merge back in. Will personally be avoiding this company simply due to the fact that the driver tonight that I encountered was extremely unsafe and had no care for anyone on the road other then themselves, putting my family and I in danger. There’s tons of weather warnings and everyone is driving cautiously but not this guy! Will be letting my family and friends to stay clear from this company "
