UX Research
In our design process, we place real users at the center through observation and listening, aiming to understand barriers, concrete needs, and cognitive biases.
Our User Researchers and UX Designers conduct activities such as:
- One-on-one interviews and focus groups
- Qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
- Usability testing
We share our expertise in digital product design, user experience, research, and accessibility by offering training programs designed for professionals, companies, and teams.
