they called me to delete my review. i initially provided them the leeway and deleted my review so they can fix this issue but they failed with their commitment again.Jacky was supposed to call me to present solution but once again, she failed to call. She asked Marc to call me instead, who keeps ovetalking me, and does not consider your point of view. i have been dealing with this for the past 3 weeks. it is so hard to get in touch with them because they never pick up or return my call. the only time they reached back again was when I left a review i google.they have tried bribing me by issuing a refund but they never held up to their commitment.they also used scare tactics such as the IRS will not talk to us and that we are flagged by the IRS and that IRS will put us on a higher tax bracket starting next year because of the audit. these are all lies because your tax bracket will always be determined by your income.they will lie and scare you to subscribed to them. In fact, they were the second tax company that reviewed our case and tax relief advocates mentioned that they wouldnt be able to help us other than setting up a payment plan, which by the way you can easily do in IRS.gov. somebody should audit their busines practices.August 3, 2025 - ideal tax called me again because of this review, asking me to delete it and they will issue a refund. I find it funny that they are desparate to get this review removed but have no acknowledgement of their mistakes. I dont need the refund. i also think that if they have any remorse, they should try to fix it what is wrong with their process. Please consider the fact that they bribe clients to remove negative reviews so please consider that fact before doing any business with them. also, if you look at the negative reviews, Ideal tax will always deny that they are their clients when they respond to these reviews. Such a disgusting practice. So please be careful when dealing with them "

Decided to give them a try. The woman that helped me named Jacky did a great job walking me through it all. The irs was going to garnish my pay. But she and the company were able to stop that. Made things a lot less stressful for me. Ended up with their payment plan option to move forward without breaking my bank. Glad I gave em a shot. "
