In short not a nice process and too much of work but payment and other bonus are totally opposite very very less and that less one also been eated by higher management.Low salary and there are incentives but same management comes up with wrong strategies to deduct or not to pay that or make horrible delays.Giving one star only for my collegues and for good seniors to whom I have bond with. "

The worst company in terms of management. Transport is run by alcoholic snowflakes with massive egos, they randomly throw darts at the spinning wheel and make the roster. Don't even provide guards when it is necessary even for FEMALES Safety. They don't even care about employee's inconvenience, it seems like they are doing us a favor by providing cab service. Paul, Dheeraj, is one of the many names. I wish this would get highlighted and they fire that incompetent fortress of flab, or else it will become merely an another employee's unheard inconvenience. "

The worst experience I ever faced. I was appointed in Air Inda process, received offer letter and joined induction program and my joining date was 17 th of November 2023 . And I was waiting for training, but at last I got a call saying that the higher authority has made mistake and said I was not shortlisted after opps round and they cancel me form joining the training for further process. Where I felt like it was a dramatic scenes where I took part as an actor. I have gone through every procedures step by step . My question is that if I was not shortlisted after opps round why they had send me a offer letter and do further process. Instead they could have said directly that I am not matching their expectations or eligibility criteria of the company. "
