It is very hard to deal with any recruiter from this company, they never respond to any of your questions regarding their job postings. Even if The name is on the job posting but have no curtesy to respond. Asked many other recruiters from the Intelliswift but no luck in getting any help. How can you run the business like this. "

Intelliswift is a great contracting agency! My client representative is Jyothi, and she helped me land a great job when I really needed it. Throughout the process, she checked in frequently and helped push my paperwork through quickly (less than 2 weeks). After starting my role, she made the extra effort to meet and chat to get to know me, and vice versa. This is a very rare quality, as my previous contracting agency only met the bare minimum of communication with me. Moreover, payroll and HR are very responsive as well. I had a 1:1 orientation so I was able to have all my questions answered. Overall, a great company to be engaged with. "

I would give them 0 stars if I had the option. They are quick to call you up and get you to sign a consent form but immediately after they get cold feet and do not provide you with any update regarding that very same job posting they called you about. The person I worked with Ritesh K. Totally unprofessional. Non responsive. I would not recommend this guy, this agency or any of their recruiters. "

Gopal Rao Chavan is one of the excellent Client manager I've evet worked with. He informed every updates of my employment instantly and never missed one, from when I interviewed with my client's company up to every renewal of my employment contract. I understand these client managers were employed outside of the U.S, which is a pretty normal practice of outsourcing services. It should not be considered as scam thought as many comments. This company is a legit software and HR services. "
