We used this company for about 10 years. I recommend you don't trust their work but check everything they do. When I started checking, (following a larger vat bill than expected), I found numerous errors that led to a vat overcharge and a refund of £5,200 from over the last 4 years. We reported them to the CPAA who recommended I be paid for the time it took me to uncover all their errors.They insisted they had not made the errors I described and said they had checked everything and all was ok. I had to prove everything and stand my ground to get the result I did.Plenty of stress and time to sort it out. Never received any apology from Dinah or any one else at Jones Accountants.They acted like it was just in a days work. Check that they are allowing you back the VAT they charge on their own charges to you too as they ommitted to do so for us some months.Very disappointed. Also given wrong information on claiming the VAT refund on our new van. "
