If I could rate this company, it would literally be zero. They do not pay their employees on time and have zero respect for their employees. Employees have been waiting on their commission checks since 2/11 and today is 2/20 and still not a peep from the CEO or upper management. This is a sales organization and we signed a contract stating that we are to be paid commission as long as we meet our quota and they actually have listed that we get paid on the 7th business day of each month. In other months, they’ve taken a week to pay us our actual paycheck, people were unable to pay their mortgages and they blamed it on the holidays and the bank.I’m giving them til tomorrow to pay the employees the commission they’re owed or will be reaching out to the TN DOL. "

Update: 2 months later, still waiting and have yet to fully receive the support services they guaranteed in the sales process.Really poor business practices and very poor communication. Not atypical to wait over a week for a response. Very poor follow-up.In the guise of X employees, they sold us a verified orgs membership, which has numerous documented bugs. After the sale was made, when we demonstrated the bugs which essentially make the product unworkable, Sarah essentially threw up her hands and said not our problem, there’s nothing we can do. Still have yet to get a satisfactory response after weeks of follow up. "

Interviewed for this company about a week ago. During the first call, the woman I spoke hadn’t looked at my resume, never showed up to the google meet call and eventually called me on my phone 10 minutes late, and admitted during the interview that she wasn’t prepared for this and should have prepared better. Additionally, during the call she told me the wrong salary and had to correct herself and it was 10k less than they initially let on. Overall, the hiring process here seems super disjointed and not genuine. I’m sure they do good work at the actual company but just do your research and be cautious if you’re going through the hiring process. "

Not sure about the products but as a prospective employee watch out for their hiring process. I had 1 interview that was an hour long. We went through so many questions- even role played and I never received any type of call back or email on their decision. Then a month later I was contacted by the recruiter again to interview with another manager just to have it happen again. No one contacted me. I hate leave a bad review but I’d also hate for someone who is diligently searching for employment to go though this as well. "
