Read this before you commit. This company has caused us a lot of emotional abuse. Unreliable, unprofessional, underdelivering. They have lied in our face so many times. They don't respond to the calls, very slow reply from emails, Arun was our main SEO contact and he denies it and replies sometimes a week later.We paid for building a website and also had a 6 month contract for SEO. Altogether $11150. Biggest mistake in our business history. The website building took 8 months and is full of errors and mistakes, that they didn't care to fix it. With the SEO they promised to write one blog a month ; send a monthly keyword ranking report and give us a full access to the site. They FORGOT to write our blogs for 2 full months, we paid $989/monthly, so $1978 for nothing!! This delayed the whole process of ranking. Came out the rest of the blogs are not with SEO content as we haven't ranked anywhere! So in the end it didn't even matter as we didn't rank anyway.We asked the SEO keywords specifically for pressure washing and they didn't even get this to rank but everything else we didn't ask. They also didn't send us full reports and we didn't have access to the site, also no Google Analytics as promised. We feel totally scammed. That's not even it- when the contract ended, they still charged us $989 and when I asked refund it took them 1 month to refund and 3 days later they took the same amount again! Just unbelievable behaviour from a business that is still existing and loaning people's money. Also, we paid full amount for the website and they said if you pay in full you will receive a 5% off ($156 off ) - they didn't apply the discount!!  One day one of their new employees, Theo, (not knowing I am their exsisting  client) called me and said the website is full of errors and not ranking in Google, I said do you know who I am hosting with, he said no, I said with you guys, this guy got super quiet (see Arun's reply from photos). They just made mistake after mistake, did not care at all but money. I hope Karma does it's job and gets their ass. "

I see my previous review was deleted when I called KWD out for illegally acquiring my Activate Tamaki Makaurau funds, then misleading me. I understand you are under new management now and would like to sit down and resolve this as all Adam would do is yell and tell me I was wrong.All these bad reviews cant be wrong right? Once resolved I'll change my review, I lost $6000 total, and my website is crap. "

We have had a hard time with KWD. there was little improvement in our organic search ratings after 6 months of investment, and we cancelled with the program allowing for the two month suspension period. They continued to charge us after cancellation, and despite promises to return the money we haven’t seen it. This seems to be standard practice for the company judging by other reviews. I would not recommend engaging KWD as it is expensive and ineffective. "

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Kiwi Website Design. Despite their promises, they failed to deliver any meaningful results for my business. Not only did our sales never improve, but they also charged us for services that provided zero value. They refused to refund money paid after cancelling and have since completely stopped all communication. Their lack of transparency and failure to uphold their commitments have cost my business both time and money. I would not recommend working with this company. "

Terrible company!!!!! DO NOT ENGAGE! Over promising, not delivering on time or at all, ended up winning a court order for them to pay back a part of my investment. Still they refused, broke the law and I never saw my website or my money back. The owner is a disgrace and sent me multiple emails with threats. They also out source the work to cheaper countries that is the reason why the communication and the work is a disaster! You are better off doing it yourself!Do not put your money in this company you WONT SEE ANY WORK DONE OR YOUR MONEY BACK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! YUCK YUCK YUCK "
