I have been working with Dmitri for 2 years, first year was reasonably good and I did get adequate advice and help in filing taxes. However over the second year I was billed multiple thousands of dollars for services that I did not request - including over $1k for computing estimated tax liability that included "research" and multiple meetings between associates (all billed separately) to "review filing". When we tried to discuss this unplanned work, Dmitri insisted that it was in my interest and necessary despite my dissatisfaction with the work, and we terminated the relationship as a result.
