Guys stay away from these fraudsters!I run a company by the name of Mobile Auto Repairs Sydney.They made big promises, took my money and worked on my account for 2-3 months then all of a sudden for no reason stopped all communication. I couldn’t contact them telephonically or via email for over two months. They stopped managing my adds for the two months as well which caused my adverts to go downhill whilst still charging me for it. My budget on google ads went crazy (almost doubled) and I had to pay Google thousands of dollars, in the end I had to pull out 4.5k of my personal savings to hire another company and we’re still struggling to keep my business open and to get the adds up and running again.These guys spoke as if they were the best but they turned out to be scammers.Till this day i cant get into contact with them. All the emails keep bouncing snd everyone’s phones go straight to voice mail.Not even an apology or explanation and no prior issues. We all thought that this company went insolvent and just continued to purposely steal everyone’s money.Has anyone else experienced this with this company or does anyone know if they’re still operating? "

Gotta love Harry and his team at Mensa Marketing, we hired them to do our digital marketing for my rural machinery business! UPDATE: After weeks of broken promises I am even more disappointed with Mensa Marketing, after they informed me that a refund was being processed. The refund has been coming my way for weeks now and guess what- nothing has been processed. I have dozens and dozens of unanswered phone calls, text messages and emails.I also requested copies of all of my invoices that I have never received, again broken promises. Weeks of chasing these and being told yes they are being sent to you. But more lies- nothing has been emailed to me for my accounting purposes.Very disappointed at being continually told one thing and promised a solution- then it never eventuates. Don't trust Mensa Marketing- they promise the world and then don't deliver!ORIGINAL REVIEW:I would not recommend that you go ahead using Mensa Marketing, if you require outstanding results. My marketing campaign was not delivered after months of waiting and the key critical factor that I required for my campaign was agreed on by Mensa Marketing and they did NOT deliver.Very disappointing to pay so much money (thousands of dollars) to be delivered a campaign, that what was not what I had detailed to them and purchased from them.Having numerous account managers was not very helpful either, having to communicate details over and over. "

The team at Mensa Marketing have really worked hard on increasing my SEO footprint and I have noticed an improvement in my website rankings. They have also handled my google ads and fb ads. So far they have been testing different strategies and we are looking to see what works best and where I should be allocating my ad spend. So far they have communicated well with me and kept me up to date on what’s working best and ways to increase leads. I believe they have my best interests in mind and want to help my business succeed. "
