We tried their services for few months and found them to be very unprofessional and unethical. There is no transparency in billing. Initially they will do marketing gimmicks and come up with amazing pricing structure which is hard to believe and then once you enter into contract, they will show the true pricing which is very expensive. Also the staff who handle your accounts don't even know fundamentals of accounting, most of the time you end up training them. Very Disgusting people. We had to terminate their contract and re-assign the entire work to another qualified professional "

I’ve been using this company for about a year, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. If you are looking for more problems than solutions, then this is the firm for you. They will make empty promises, leave critical work incomplete, and put you at risk with the ATO.At the beginning, communication seems fine, but once you encounter a real issue or ask detailed questions, the responses become generic and unhelpful. Their staff are based in India, with little to no management oversight. Each person seems disconnected, and no one really takes responsibility.They offered me QuickBooks and claimed they would handle my BAS and tax returns. In reality, they only lodged some BAS statements while leaving other important work undone. Promises to “get back in 5 minutes” turn into never hearing back at all.This experience has been a real eye-opener about how some offshore accounting firms can operate in Australia. I strongly recommend avoiding them if you want proper, reliable accounting support.I would post pictures here but all are confidential.Now I have debit collection agency after me because not all paperwork was given to ATO "

RUN !!!This company have no knowledge of relevant laws outside of India as a customer from Australia I wish to warn any potential clients to stay clear.Staff are incompetent, management become rude and abruptNot to mention I have over paid near enough $3000AUD in miscalculated superannuation "

Following their intervention, our taxes were completed and submitted, and our accounting software was updated, making the reports functional and valuable.
