Last year in 2024 no problem but January 2025 y'all are bad & I mean bad (worse)Received a texted driver on way said he arrived lies I was standing out front never showed up checked his location said he picked me up & I was on my way to my doctor's office I couldn't believe it tried calling him & a busy signal. Another time I was left at my doctor's office saying they had no drivers then on 3/26/25 my appt was at 10:30 tracking her whereabouts she cancelled at 10:00am. Absolute worst transportation company in the universe! I mean the Absolute worst!! Rides are always re routed and no one ever shows up. I have a standing order for EVERY SINGLE DAY and and 3 times a week the ride is canceled and appointment missed. Supposed to be picked up at 7:50am, that never happens, no one calls or text and I spend the next 2 hours calling back and forth because they say they are re routing and will send a uber or lyft which they never do, they just keep canceling the ride.. Garbage service. I mean some of the worst service I have ever had in my life. I find myself without a ride. My driver left me stranded and didn't care if I had a ride homem remind you I didn't inform her I was ready. Lady name was Tonya. I truly have seen this service forgetting someone and they didn't have a ride home. This service sucks and need a redo that it's a public service. Cause for some reason the drivers seem to forget. Good Evening. I'm having a hard time with this service. The App not working right. Customer Service suck due to no knowledge of the service company they work for. It took my mom 3 hours to get home due to them setting her up with a ride share and not letting the customer know its a rideshare. You can't request a ride home from the App, you can't edit on the app, you can't contact the driver from the app and you can not call any support from the app. This is a none helpful app and customer service.
