The worst professionals I have ever worked with. They charged us approximately $30,000 for a tax filing, were very unresponsive, and at the end tacked on another approximately $15K charge. They refused to file our return until they received the tacked on charge. This was a hostage taking situation. We reluctantly paid and immediately moved to another firm where our taxes are done for approximately $8K per year. John is a small man- in stature, professionalism and character.
