This marketing firm is by far one of my favorite experiences, I’ve been here for about 4.5 months. I came from 6 different firms so, what makes Jared and this firm different is that Jared the CEO knows his team, knows how to motivate each individual, and tells it how it is, while bringing out the best version, in someone for those willing to listen to his feedback. There’s a lot of misconception about this company and form of marketing. I’ll be honest, it’s not for everyone but I was in the same boat of being hesitant. I took the jump in September of 2021, and slowly became more involved in the work ethic and leadership styles that were being taught. Being a month in, I already feel confident in my attributes I thought were already perfected. This company will teach you that there is always more to improve on, and they do it in such a supporting way that you feel taken care of. I mean that as genuinely as possible. I was promoted to an Account Manager just a few days before writing this review, and am looking forward to the hard work that’ll lead me to another one.
