Honestly unacceptable. My appointment was cancelled at the exact time it was supposed to start, with no call, just an email from the accountant Sunith Varkey at the appointment time saying « Hi MaryApologies, we are unable to take on new tax filing requests at this stage of tax season.The filing deadline is in 2 days. »A complete lack of respect for clients’ time.There was also zero warning of cancellation from the person who scheduled the appointment. This is even more frustrating considering I wasn’t asking for a full service, just a bit of guidance on a specific issue. Sunith did not even consider to take time to know why I was reaching out.With an important deadline just two days away, this level of unprofessionalism is shocking. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. "
