Before the kick off, our project manager will work with your team to gather requirements, and create a single source of truth document (SSoT) for everyone to work off of. If required well interview stakeholders, and users alike, to find alignment through the intersections of business goals and pain points.
In order for us to achieve consistency with your work, we will build a design library based off of the software you have produced. Once produced, this system is yours and can be used by any team to maintain alignment across the company.
With your team, we build out a map of the MVP youd like to build. Once approved we design low fidelity mockups (wireframes) with annotations of all the requirements necessary to build out in our high fidelity screens and prototype. Then we get to work building an interactive prototype that can be easily adopted into your development cycle.
We can look at your application as compared to your competition in the market, and consider ways of structuring some competitive additions to your design. This will allow us to build out recommendations for usability based on best practices and opportunities to enhance your software in accordance to your business goals and user pain points.
