BE WARE! i had a bad experience which i would like to bring to your attention. We have worked with them on a couple of projects. In the 1st project the result was decent. Looking forward we gave them the 2nd project as well, here's where things went down. It was an e-commerce edit of pillows and cushion, which after a month of work and back and forth was unsatisfactory. The images lacked finishing, sharpness and resolution. The final result also lacked consistency across majority of the images. With each round of corrections the resolution and sharpness of the images kept on decreasing. After a detailed conversation with the team we came across the fact that they made the changes on the exported images and not in the existing open-files. At the end i ended up shelling my editing budget and no images to deliver to the client. We had to re-edit all the images...All of this matter was brought to notice, and the managing partner makes a false suggestion that they would refund 50% payment from the total. They haven't yet processed the refund and when i asked for an update on the same the project manager says - "As discussed earlier, the compensation was not an official commitment from the company, but rather a suggestion from my end as your managing partner in an attempt to maintain a positive working relationship. At this stage, there is no approval from higher management regarding any compensation." If there was no approval from the firm regarding the compensation why would you go ahead and give such false statements? This is highly unprofessional conduct. I am not at all satisfied with the conduct and the work! I respect the employees and their efforts on the projects and i really donot mean to defame or make negative notions about the firm but this is just an experience which might help people understand where things can go wrong. I hope the team understands the factors affecting the results and works on it to increase the quality of work, maintaining the efficiency. Thanks. "
