They've been responsive to communication over email, and in a hurry, by phone. I appreciate the mockups and clear invoicing. A few rare misprints have also been replaced without cost. Worst customer service i have ever experienced, at first i emailed about the shipping delay to which i was never really replied untill i received my order. Than emailed back because the product was super badly executed, i asked for a refund since i had to buy another gift because of their mistake. He basicely (Mike) only answered me that he will fix the problem and than told me i will receive another set of glass, to which i clearly retold him i did not wanted another set and that i wanted a refund, i was never answered back after this… "

Unfortunately, we got great service but when we went to pickup my sons soccer jersey that he paid for with his own money to get his favorite players name printed on the back and front of it they made it huge like a football Jersey not what we showed the employee who was gathering the info we made it a point that we wanted a small number on the front under the crest instead they Printed a huge number on the front of it making my son not be able to wear it. A jersey gone to waste because they made it look totally wrong and when u called to ask if they could possibly remove it they said it would ruin the jersey itself. . The back looks great but the front looks silly. "
