I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this real estate agency. Firstly, they charge additional fees for services that should be included in the standard commission. As a buyer, I felt exploited because they tried to add extra costs for the same process, even though I already had a specialist. It is unacceptable how they attempt to take advantage of clients who are already in a vulnerable position and in need of a property.I strongly recommend avoiding this agency.
