Angie Noll, the founding owner and Principal, is a Certified Profit First Advisor at the Mastery Level, a Certified Fix This Next Advisor, a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, has an MBA from from Loyola University Chicago, is a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Graduate, and has 10 years of sales experience. In addition, she is a Director at Large for the Chicago chapter of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), the largest and most active chapter in the country.

As a wife and mother of 3 teenagers, Angie is a steadfast believer in business sustainability - not only through ensuring long-term profitability but also through lifestyle sustainability. She followed the process to Clockwork her business in the summer of 2021, allowing her to take a 1-month vacation, even as the business was doubling in size. She will continue to take the 1-month vacation every year.
