Very slow to reply to new customer enquiries, had to chase them up multiple times with calls and emails. After visiting their offices in-person I had to chase them up for quote/fees which they said they would provide and didn't without again being chased. This doesn't bode well for a future relationship so we didn't proceed with them. Their accounting team seemed very knowledgeable, however their poor responsiveness to phone calls and emails was alarming. "
