1-Star Review – Bankruptcy Administration ExperienceUseless: My experience dealing with the staff administering bankruptcy matters at RSM Singapore was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, the conduct of the staff was discourteous and completely lacking in professionalism. The way they spoke was abrupt and rude, with no attempt to communicate respectfully. At one point, staff were speaking loudly—almost shouting—about matters that should be handled discreetly. In a setting where individuals are discussing sensitive financial issues, basic privacy and respect should be a priority. Instead, the tone and volume of the conversation made it feel as though everyone in the lobby could hear what was being discussed. It raises a very simple question: if there is a lobby area, what is it meant for if visitors are not even allowed basic courtesy such as a place to sit or a proper space to speak privately? Visitors were left standing while trying to resolve important matters, which is both uncomfortable and unnecessary.Another concerning aspect was the apparent inexperience of some of the staff. Rather than providing clear guidance or demonstrating professionalism, there was an attitude of talking down to people and undermining the experience or understanding that visitors bring. Just because someone is dealing with bankruptcy does not mean they deserve to be treated without dignity or respect.Bankruptcy is already a stressful and sensitive situation. Firms responsible for administering such matters should ensure their staff communicate professionally, respectfully, and discreetly. Unfortunately, that standard was clearly not met during this visit.I strongly hope the management at RSM Singapore reviews the conduct and training of the staff handling these matters. Regardless of one’s financial circumstances, every person deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. "

Calls ignored email ignored. Things promised will not be delivered. As usual always standards answers pushing around from person to person. Always in meeting/busy from the moment the day start till end. "

Useless professionals. My company bankrupt in July 2023. So far never received 1$. They took salary from our salary. They are not professional, unable contact them. So far they contact 2 meeting, but nothing paid. Useless professionals. They can't use the word as professional, they don't understand what's the meaning of professional "

Horrible experience especially with their tax services. Better off with Big four for such price range. Zero service - AI can do better. "

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend RSM in Singapore due to my terrible experience with them. In order to improve, I'd encourage the team to become significantly more proactive, sensitive to client timelines and more professional in their behaviour. It's one of the worst service providers I have worked with in my career. "
