We worked with SaaS2Agent to design an agentic AI experience for Treya Gifts that could support the full customer journey, from identifying the right gift to helping complete the product order.The use case was built around an AI agent that understands what the customer is looking for based on the occasion, recipient, age group, interests, budget, delivery timeline, and whether the gift is for a child or a pet. Instead of making users browse through multiple categories manually, the agent guides them through a natural conversation, narrows down the intent, recommends suitable products, explains why each product fits, and helps the customer move toward placing the order.What stood out was that SaaS2Agent did not treat this as a basic chatbot project. They approached it as an agentic workflow where the AI agent could handle product discovery, recommendation logic, customer questions, gift suitability, and order guidance in one connected flow. This made the experience feel more like a smart shopping assistant than a generic support widget.They also helped us think through important details like keeping recommendations aligned with our actual catalog, avoiding random suggestions, handling different gifting scenarios, and making the agent useful for both kids STEM gifting and pet gifting categories.Their communication was clear, and they were responsive throughout the process. The only small area for improvement would be adding more visual flow documentation earlier, but overall the collaboration was smooth and valuable.We would recommend SaaS2Agent to brands that want to build a practical AI agent capable of handling real customer journeys, not just answering basic website questions. "
