Terrible experience moving to sales captain from podium. Set up never completed correctly, automations not working, takes days to get answers and responses from staff.I asked for proof of messages being sent as you cannot see them on the closed chat, could not provide. Extremely misleading, I believe they honestly fake sending messages!I spent one month with them and moved back to podium.Do not recommend using them what so ever "
