We have been using Lauren (and Anna) at Sapper for about 2 years. We are a CPA firm that specializes in outsourced accounting, outsourced CFO services, business and tax advice and tax preparation for businesses. We have found them to be very productive for us to meet business owners that can use us for all of the above. They email prospects, schedule appointments, follow up, keep track of active appointments, and in the end we are hired! Not perfect but close to it and very worthwhile for us and our new clients! :) "

Sapper is one of worst companies to use for lead generation. They are expensive and during our time with Sapper (6 months), we received 1 quality lead. That's it. The other "leads" were from cold phone calls they made that they charge extra?!! for. and those leads were not qualified or relevant. I talked with another PR agency owner who had the same terrible experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN. "

I engaged with Sapper to provide lead generation among our target client audience of internet service providers. This should not be a group that is difficult to identify. After 6 months, we had not received a single booking with an internet service provider. The Sapper team initially said that they identified issues with targeting and had corrected those. However, nothing improved. The only appointment that was scheduled was with a guy who was trying to SELL ME his prescription toothpaste. In 6 months, Sapper scheduled one other appointment with a company selling telephone equipment (not our target client group) and that guy never showed. As others have mentioned, the sales team at Sapper seemed to provide a nice experience; however, they simply did not execute on what was promised. Making matters worse, I now receive an unbelievable amount of spam that seem ever so much like emails written by Sapper. This was never an issue before I engaged with Sapper. After I elected to terminate the agreement, I've emailed our prior contacts and through their website trying to address the experience and have received no reply. They collected my $10K and essentially delivered nothing. "
