Everything was fine until I decided to go in another direction and terminate services with Smart Bean. The process was extremely difficult, and I had to endure two sales calls where they hard-sold me to stay. The last call was with Victor Constantino, and he cussed me out. This entire experience was very odd. I decided to go to their office and file a formal complaint with the company regarding Victor Constantino's behavior. However, when I went to the addresses listed for Smart Bean on Google and Yelp, I discovered that Smart Bean is not located at either of those addresses (listed below). Something is not right here.
