I am an employee at Telenet and I absolutely love my two bosses Rebekah Wilson and Tommi. Rebekah goes above and beyond to help the employees learn and train. She has a great personality! Tommi, Rebekah, and Paula are very professional and have done nothing but help me and encourage all their employees to be the best. Absolutely love them. "

Don't work here! Absolutely the worst place to work in an office! It's gross with germs, got sick not long after working there, due to the headsets are nasty and old. I had to buy my own! And you're not important to them, (they'll trash you quick over some kind of stupid excuse) because you are something they can throw away if they feel you are not doing enough. They give you wrong numbers, which take you longer to track down, for the actual calls you need to make. The "track paper" for you to say every time, is bogus crap, no one cares to listen to it on the other end! Most people who are smart, LEAVE this place within training days, because they realize just how impossible it is to get leads unless you dig up stuff before going into work everyday. You are LUCKY if you get 100-150 calls in per-day, that's if you just keep skipping around most calls. If you skip them, you get in the calls. Especially the ones that are the same company over & over again. This place is a complete JOKE! I'd rather file alphabetically a law offices dinosaur stacks of thousands of records, than to sit in this place and get fussed at just because you are NEW. Management don't care about you! Hell, I'd rather sit and get my own leads, than to sit there and call up either the same ole same ole, or disconnected numbers! Really!? Y'all need ZERO stars! And the pay is not that great either! Oh and don't go thru a temp agency, they're just as bad as this company, they don't care about you! "

Apparently when they couldn't reach me, they called my counter part in IT in the sheriff's office to express how I hate him. I asked him to join me for lunch earlier and just finished a bowling season, 5th one BTW, tonight. "

It's the best place to work. It's like being in a giant family. The management is always amazing. They even have a TV and snack machines in the break room. They also have 2 giant refrigerator/freezers and 6 microwave ovens that everyone can use for free. The bathrooms are immaculate. Jesus and Mary would be proud to use either of them. "

I loved this company. They worked with me through all my needs. I would rate this company more if I could. My supervisor Tommi Freelove was the absolute best ever. She worked with me to get where I needed to be. She was always their to push me in the right direction and never made you feel stupid for asking questions. This job is not for everyone but they are a amazing company and would work here again. "
