They are super expensive and act as a law firm charging every minute to the customer, even if you ask a question: "how should I pay my taxes: can I pay online or mail?" you will be charged for it. Deanna Geisler, one of the CPA's, took a very long time to complete my parents taxes and then she provided an excuse: " I had an emergency in my family". I called her multiple times on behalf of my parents (due to insufficient English) and she never called me back. Very unprofessional firm. I would rate zero if I could. Very very expensive, not responsive and will put you in a trouble with an IRS by not doing their job in a timely manner.
