It’s unfortunate that I need to write a bad review but my experience with Kristy was appalling to say the least. It took her the better part of 5 months to finish my basic tax return and that was only after Kristy had wasted 3 months telling me via email it would be ready next week. After that I had to call each week and received bad attitude on each call. Once Kristy finally completed it, I noticed that a broad range of deductions where missing. After seeking a second opinion from another accountant I contacted her and she refused to correct her mistakes and demanded I pay for the service. This has left me substantially out of pocket as I had to pay far more tax then necessary. I wouldn’t recommend pen accounting unless your interested in below grade abilities and sub par customer service at a snails pace. "
