This company uses your money to pay for so called “bonus reviews”. As an employee you must “pay to work”. When I asked during the interview if I had to use my own money they said “no”. They lied. By paying, you go forward and incur more debt. Don’t let them tell you the money is refundable. It’s not. I consider myself lucky, they only stole $299 from me. I call it a fee to quit. "

WORST INTERVIEW I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!I had the "pleasure" of having an in-person interview with the recruiting team, which consists of 2 people. During the interview the one of the "Recruiter 1" didn't even bother to say Hi or shake hands. He was sitting down and texting the entire time. The other "Recruiter 2" kept reading my resume repeatedly, as if he's reading my resume for the first time. Also, he kept thinking of what questions to ask. Eventually he gives up and says “I can’t think of anymore questions to ask, thank you for coming.”Also, the hiring team had no clue as to which position I've applied for. For some reason, they thought that, I've applied for the account manager position, when I've applied for the position of social media intern. Majority of the questions asked were not even relevant to the position I applied for. One of the questions I was asked "Should we hire you as an Account Manager, what is the first thing you would do, when managing an account?"Not sure, if the company had already found someone for the position and they wanted to have some fun by wasting my time, but this was the worst interview I’ve ever experienced in my entire life! I spend an hour and a half for lousy interview which only lasted 7 minutes. Even if I was offered a position, I wouldn’t accept it. I advise all future post-secondary students looking for internships, to stay away from this company.This company seriously needs to work on their recruitment processes. "
