Visory

The worst decision Ive ever made as a small business owner was to work with Visory. Their software is terrible and the only thing worse is their customer service, or lack thereof. The software frequently fails to the point we cant login and access our financials. There is no priority service for big issues - It doesnt matter if I cant get into QuickBooks, I cant send emails, I need to contact QB support, which requires their facilitation- they dont care and dont support. Their average response time is more than one day, and that is only a response, not a fix. After more than a year, I am finally giving up and Im going move to QuickBooks online. That itself is problematic because they control my file and not even QuickBooks can migrated over without their help. Without my approval, they advanced my file beyond the year my license is for, I have no way to open my file with the software that I have purchased. Shockingly, they want me to pay them to help migrate my file off their server. Something QB will do for free, if they could access our file. Not shockingly, nobody at Visory knows how much that is going to cost or will help do it. Their software has disintegrated to the point that we no longer can send invoices either. Nobody will respond or help. Worst company ever.
