WillowTree, located at the Wool Factory in Charlottesville, VA, is housed in a beautifully restored historic building featuring modern, thoughtfully designed office spaces. I had a fantastic experience working at WillowTree Charlottesville, enhanced by an excellent on-site café and a charming outdoor coffee shop. The Wool Factory itself is an iconic landmark, blending historic character with contemporary architecture. Its central location provides easy access to many of Charlottesville’s attractions, including historic buildings, museums, shops, restaurants, hotels, and the mall. January 2020 Confianz took over the maintenance of our Odoo ERP system from our previous Odoo partner. Anoop put together a dedicated team who analysed our system and worked with us on a plan of improvements and upgrade of the whole platform. Our platform had been heavily customised over the years. Unfortunately lot of the custom code and apps had not been properly documented nor followed Odoo's best development practice, causing random issues and an unstable platform. The Confianz team removed poorly developed apps and website, and replaced customisation with new code following Odoo's development methodology. The result is a very stable and robust system. It is great working with them. We don’t have an inhouse development team, so we have worked with Confianz using dedicated fulltime resources. It is same as having your own highly experienced IT team with extremely good understanding of the whole Odoo platform. All work is well managed with weekly review meetings, where the team reviews progress and demonstrates work in progress. This is very useful setup because it enables direct communication with the development team and identifies quickly any gaps in requirements and the solution. I highly recommend Confianz. The development team is highly experienced and clever bunch. They will tell you if you are asking for customised features that can be achieved using core functionality instead. They will not lead you down a wrong path just because you think it is the way to go. The President of the company, Anoop, is truly exceptional character and honourable man. He has built a company with great team which you can trust.

Confianz was selected to be VS America’s ERP implementation partner in 2018 after they had successfully completed a custom application to improve our internal document processing. We’ve hired several different companies prior to Confianz, but unfortunately, they left all on their own terms because they were not able to find a solution. I’ve worked alongside Confianz for almost three years now and I’ve been impressed with the level of talent this company brings. Their VP of Enterprise Solutions as well as his team of developers are extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, and respectful. Every meeting and interaction we’ve had with Confianz was a valuable learning experience. We are extremely grateful that Confianz helped us successfully go live during the pandemic in April 2020. Since going live, we had some significant improvements in our processes and we continue to work with Confianz to fine tune details. I highly recommend Confianz!
