DesignRush is committed to fostering a transparent and reliable platform where businesses can evaluate agencies based on authentic, verified reviews. This policy outlines the guidelines for agencies and reviewers to ensure reviews reflect genuine experiences.

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward fake reviews and prioritize the integrity of our review process.

1. Review Policy for Agencies

Agencies listed on DesignRush may receive reviews from clients who have worked with them.

To maintain the integrity of the review process, agencies must adhere to the following guidelines:

1.1. Encouraging Reviews

  • Agencies can encourage their clients to leave reviews but must not engage in any activity that influences or manipulates the review process.
  • Reviews should reflect genuine client experiences and must accurately represent the services provided.

1.2. False Review Prevention

  • Agencies must not submit fake reviews, either directly or through third parties. Fake reviews include any attempts to influence the review process, such as creating false accounts or requesting feedback from individuals who have not used their services.
  • DesignRush has a zero-tolerance policy toward fake reviews. Agencies found submitting or facilitating fake reviews will face penalties, including removal from the platform and disqualification from rankings.

2. Review Policy for Reviewers

Reviewers provide crucial insights into an agency’s performance.

The following guidelines are essential to ensuring credibility:

2.1. Eligibility

  • Only clients who have worked directly with an agency are eligible to leave reviews.
  • Reviewers must provide their real names and accurate contact details, allowing DesignRush to verify their relationship with the agency.

2.2. Review Guidelines

  • Honesty & Technicality: Reviews should be truthful and detailed, highlighting specific aspects of the service provided. General comments like "great service" or "bad experience" are discouraged unless further explanation is provided.
  • Balanced Feedback: Constructive reviews should highlight both positive and negative aspects where applicable, to provide users with a comprehensive understanding of the agency’s performance.
  • Objective Language: Reviews should avoid overly emotional or inflammatory language. Stick to factual, objective descriptions of your experience.

To ensure your review is meaningful, include specific details, such as:

  • What services were provided (e.g., website redesign, digital marketing strategy, etc.)?
  • How did the agency meet your expectations?
  • Was the communication timely and professional?
  • Were the project deadlines met, and was the final output as expected?

3. DesignRush's Commitment to Authenticity

DesignRush is dedicated to ensuring all reviews reflect genuine client experiences. Our measures include:

  • Advanced monitoring tools to detect unusual review patterns or suspicious activity.
  • Periodic verification requests from reviewers and agencies to confirm the authenticity of the review.
  • Immediate removal of reviews found to be fake and full compliance with regulatory guidelines regarding misrepresentation or incentives.
  • All information provided for review verification purposes is strictly confidential. DesignRush will not disclose verification details to third parties or publish sensitive information without explicit consent.

4. Review Moderation and Investigation

All reviews are subject to the following process:

  • Moderation: Reviews are screened to ensure they meet the platform’s content standards and reflect legitimate client experiences.
  • Reporting Abuse: Users or agencies can report abuse or suspicious activity by submitting detailed information, including documentation, via the reviews@designrush.com email.
  • Investigation Process: If a review is reported or appears suspicious, DesignRush may reach out to both the reviewer and the agency for verification. We aim to acknowledge reports within 7 business days and complete investigations within 14 business days, where possible.
  • Outcome: Depending on the results of the investigation, DesignRush will:
    • Publish the review with the appropriate tag,
    • Edit it for grammar only, ensuring no material changes to sentiment or meaning, or
    • Remove the review entirely if it violates our guidelines.

5. Incentives and Visibility

DesignRush does not provide monetary or non-monetary incentives to reviewers. However, agencies with more verified reviews may receive enhanced visibility on the platform, as transparently communicated here: https://www.designrush.com/methodology.

The customer reviews featured on this website represent the opinions of the original authors and do not reflect the views of DesignRush. Although we make every effort to verify the identity of the authors of these reviews, we do not endorse or verify the accuracy of their content. DesignRush does not assume responsibility for inaccuracies in reviews or for any disputes arising between agencies and reviewers. 7. Consequences for Violations

Violations of this review policy, including the submission of fake or misleading reviews, will result in serious consequences, including:

  • Immediate removal of the review
  • Permanent or temporary suspension of the reviewer or agency involved
  • Loss of privileges such as rankings, badges, or featured listings
