Who can become a Marketplace Member?
Any agency with a profile published on DesignRush is eligible to apply.
Can I opt out from a 12 months subscription?
In case you have started using the service, you are obliged to a 1 year membership;

Can I opt out from a monthly subscription?
A monthly subscription model obligates the client to a monthly recurring installment of $650, having the first 3 months as a minimum subscription length.
In case of the cancellation prior to the minimum subscription length, the cancellation cost will equal the full cost the service provided for the time period.

How many projects per month will I be able to bid on?
Once your Membership is activated, you will be notified via email each time a relevant project is live on the Marketplace. You can bid on as many projects that you find interesting.
Which position can members secure in your agency directory?
Marketplace members will get a top spot in relevant location or niche category listings. The positions may vary per month based on availability.
How can I view the Visitors on my profile and DesignRush?
The Visitors details will be available on the personalized Dashboard on your DesignRush profile. We will also send you a monthly report on the services searched on the platform.
