Found a highly misleading advertisement for promising to sell NOLs and R&D credits "up to 95% of the value" when what they were really trying to do was lead gen for doing R&D work (because the former isn't really possible). After I inquired, they spammed a phone number they found rather than communicated back to my email. To their credit, after I expressed my displeasure, they did write a more detailed reply.

What can I say about Barta Business Group? I work in the live events industry, and to say that the last few years have been temultuous would be an understatement. They took the mess I had made while closing one business, and opening another, and laid it all out straight. We're a small, national, nonprofit member association with a cranky database and lots of internal financial quirks.
