SEC filers beware. As an audit prep consultant, my experience dealing with Fruci's PCAOB audit practice was terrible - no sense of urgency, seemingly understaffed engagement team, they'll get to it when they get to it, no interest in resolving issues, no options if stuck with problematic engagement team. Not good for public companies.Everything seemed great fee-wise and capacity-wise leading up to client engaging Fruci. 5 weeks after uploading initial information for 10-Q reviews and after a few follow-ups, engagement partner sent a handful of general requests from some template audit request list and took another 4 weeks just to get a first round of comments on a draft.Never once heard from the assigned staff member - only from the engagement partner. No detailed requests or questions specifically related to the underlying accounting info provided - only partner level questions and comments on the draft.Given no apparent movement, followed up repeatedly with phone calls and emails over the next few weeks, resulting in responses ranging from nothing, to "7 to 10 days," to "next week," to "potentially tomorrow," to "we'll get to it when we get to it" attitude to "now that the Q deadline has passed, I will get back to focusing on getting [CLIENT] out."2.5 months in with no meaningful progress and yet another week about to slip by, attempted to follow up with engagement partner on status and then escalated concerns to managing partner, engagement partner and other partners as a group and asked them to prioritize the engagement and get the job done. Managing partner deflected and deferred back to engagement partner for timing (which didn't solve existing problem, of course). Rather than finding a way to make it right and get the job done, engagement partner took offense and fired client.Fruci could have simply told client up front they didn't have capacity, didn't actually intend to complete the work and/or planned to get it done in some unknown number of months or years at their leisure.

Watching my family members be run down by this firm is truly appalling. The audit team obviously has some issues in organization, follow up, and might I add basic customer service skills might I add. Negative manipulative environment that just wants peoples money. Sucks watching my family be drained of there money for an audit that has no end. Sorry investors. It’s the audit firm, not us. Avoid at all costs.

I am a shareholder in a publicly traded company that uses Fruci as their auditors, the audit was supposed to be completed in May, well what do you know, it's October 25th and the audit is still not completed causing the shareholders a lot of unnecessary stress because the share price keeps on falling due to the delay in the audit, I wish they would have been honest and upfront and not take a job that is to complicated for them to handle.

My bookkeeper unfortunately referred me to Anastasi, Moore & Martin, PLLC. These guys did my taxes for 3 legal entities and It has been a terrible experience for me all the way through. I have had 3 other separate accountants inform me Anastasi, Moore & Martin, PLLC have filed my taxes for 3 of my company’s incorrectly. It will cost me thousands of dollars in IRS fees to amend the mistakes these guys made.1.) Justin and Ryan do not inform you of how they are classifying your company with the IRS. In addition they DO NOT look at the secretary of state website to verify the type of legal entity you have established with the state for example they do not check who the members or managers are on the LLC or corporation, they do not check how your company is structured for example if you are a registered s-corp or c-corp, they just guess on it and try to file your taxes as fast as possible.2.) They filed my corporation as a sole proprietorship when I told them it was a corporation and it obviously is a corporation if they took 2 seconds to look on the secretary of state website and the word Inc.-Incorporated is literally at the end of my company name. Then Justin lies to me over email and states: I told them to file my corporation as a sole proprietorship-which does NOT make sense because even if I did tell them to file my c-corp as a sole proprietorship that would not be legal or ethical to file a corporation as a sole proprietorship3.) Justin and Ryan are both extremely unresponsive and when they do respond it’s with an attitude, they do not provide good customer service at all. Their secretary-Clara then sends my social security number over unsecured email to clarify if it is correct.
