He also found instructions for using native Apple settings for audio that would solve my problem. The settings he found even allowed import of an audiogram that I had gotten at the audiologist for my specifc problem. Though he did not end up developing an app for me, Dima saved me a ton of money by spending his time to research possible existing solutions which I had not found during my own search.
