The EDI system that Microknot created was a little slow to start up due to the complexity of our system. But it's now reached a point where it's saving me time with our orders. The team were prompt in responding to emails & were a pleasure to work with.

We have enjoyed working with Jag, Shaun, and several of Microknot's developers over the past 18 months. The Microknot team has allowed us to accelerate the time to market for our platform, translating to money in the bank and added scale to our internal development team without the risks, time delays, and costs associated with hiring new staff.Microknot's professionalism in managing our project has also lifted the game for our internal team. Not only have they delivered a great product outcome, but we've also learned a lot about different technologies and effective s/ware PM methodology in the process. The Microknot team have been responsive, easy to work with, delivered every sprint on time, and significantly contributed to guiding our application in the right direction.I can't thank the team at Microknot enough for their contribution to Biode, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any business looking for a trusted development partner.

We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

The team is supportive and easy to work with, which helped me settle in quickly.I’ve had the chance to learn a lot through growth activities, client interactions, and real project work. People are open to sharing ideas, and there’s always support when needed. What I really like is the work culture. We celebrate festivals, birthdays, and team events together, which makes the environment more friendly and positive. We also have weekly roundtable discussions where new ideas and innovations are shared.Overall, it’s a nice place to learn, take on responsibilities, and grow.
