WAS CHARGING CAR NEEDED TO GO TO RESTROOM I WENT INSIDE SAW LADY RECEPTIONIST ASKED HER WHERE ARE RESTROOMS SHE SAID IT WOULD BE IN HALLWAY THEN SHE SAID WAIT THEN SHE WENT AT BACK THEN A GUY CAME HE SAID THERE IS NO PUBLIC RESTROOM ARE YOU SERIOUS THIS IS A CHARGING LOCATION IT SHOULD AT LEAST HAVE amenity BUT NO SYMPATHY WHAT SO EVER I DONT KNOW WHO INSTALLED THE CHARGE POINT CHARGING STATION IF THE OWNER DID A MESSAGE TO THE OWNER OF LAYER 3: IM CHARGING MY CAR AND THERE IS NO SYMPATHY WHAT SO EVEN ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES THAT I NEEDED TO USE THE RESTROOM AND THE CHARGING IS NOT FREE IM PAYING FOR CHARGING SO THERE SHOULD BE LITTLE AMENITIES

It is hard to put into words how disappointed I am in Dynamic Quest's service. As an IT provider, they failed us on multiple fronts. They were never proactive in managing our systems, which led to severe security breaches. Our network was hacked multiple times under their watch, showing a blatant disregard for our cybersecurity.Moreover, their lack of responsiveness and inadequate problem-solving skills resulted in our entire network being down for multiple days on several occasions. This caused significant disruptions to our operations and highlighted their inability to provide reliable IT support.Overall, Dynamic Quest's services have been nothing short of disastrous. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable IT provider.

My Adobe, which I use all day, just decided it would not email the file straight from the program. For me, that's a time issue. I use Adobe all day. Jonathan got in there, tackled it like a pro, and tried everything, talked to his team, researched... he just did not give up. It took a few days, but here I am with a properly working adobe! I think Infinity hires magicians! lol Thank you Jonathan and Infinity!
