We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

This is a fantastic company that you can fully rely on. When my law firm needed assistance updating our out-of-date FileMaker/Claris systems, I didn't realize what a headache it would be to find a company who really knew what they were doing. After an extensive search, I struck gold with Alchemy. Bob Shockley and his team quickly recognized what our customized needs were and then immediately began implementing well overdue changes. It can be difficult as a non-tech person to sometimes accurately describe what precisely our needs were, but Alchemy had the real expertise to realize where clarification was needed, and as such, they were able to deliver exactly what I had hoped for faster than I anticipated. In particular, they have been excellent when it comes to communication, and they use a variety of ways to do so (e-mails, phone calls, zoom/team calls). If anything, with my busy schedule, I was often deficient at communicating, and they still pulled everything I wanted off without a hitch. Overall, this has truly been the best experience I have had with ANY consulting group our office has used over the past 25 years, and they are now my absolute go-to company for all future software/database related needs. When I pick a realtor, I take my time finding the best one. Same with a financial consultant, and any other important service I need. If your company needs someone you can absolutely rely on for Filemaker/Claris needs, take it from someone who extensively researches all angles due to being a lawyer. Alchemy have improved our systems and saved us thousands of dollars at the same time. I only wish I had found them years ago.
