We had an excellent experience working with XongoLab Developers on the SecureCab mobile application and technology platform. From the outset, their team demonstrated strong technical expertise, clear communication, and a solid understanding of our requirements, particularly around security, performance, and scalability. The project was managed professionally, with well-defined milestones and consistent progress updates. Deliverables were completed on time, and the quality of work met — and in several areas exceeded — our expectations. The team was responsive to feedback, flexible when adjustments were needed, and proactive in proposing solutions that improved the overall product. We would especially like to thank Ankit Patel, Team Lead, for his outstanding leadership and dedication throughout the project. Ankit was highly responsive, detail-oriented, and ensured smooth coordination between our team and the developers. His ability to translate requirements into practical, high-quality solutions played a key role in the success of the SecureCab platform. We highly recommend XongoLab Developers to any organization looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional development partner, and we would gladly work with them again in the future.

I wish I could rate this company any lower, I would. They are a fraudulent company and never deliver what they promised to do. I found them online as I was searching for a company to build an application for me. I engaged them and we agreed on milestone payments. I met my end of the agreement and they continuously failed to meet their end of the agreement. The owner is full of lies and fake promises. They are so unprofessional and give all sorts of excuses for not delivering. If the owner comes here to deny any of this, I have proof to share. I have lost my hard earned $4,000 on this company and thank goodness I decided not to give them any more money or else I would have lost that too. I am going to do everything in my power, legally to recover my money from this scam of a company. The worst company.

Our goal was to transition from multiple programs to one program to help streamline and automate as many processes as possible. In order to accomplish this, we needed a company like KDG to help with the customization of the program to accommodate the different needs of the different roles within our organization. They've spent so much time with us, starting with each employee to understand what they need - They've truly been a partner. I would recommend KDG to ANYONE wanting to transition into a simplified system where efficiency and transparency is key.

I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role.Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional.Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided. They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well.Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless. My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

I started working with SoftDoes when our product had already grown beyond the point where small fixes were enough. We needed to rethink several parts of the system and make sure the next stage of growth would not create even more technical debt. The team got into the project fast. Within the first few weeks, they helped us identify the main bottlenecks, clean up several fragile integrations, and improve the parts of the platform that were slowing us down the most. One practical result was that a key operation that used to take around 4-5 minutes now takes less than a minute. I also saw a noticeable drop in recurring technical issues after the release. What I liked most was the way they worked with us. Very little ceremony, clear communication, good technical judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.I’d be happy to work with SoftDoes again on another complex software project.

Ryder Mackey Review from Google

1.0★

Ryder Mackey's Review Sourced from Google

My experience with SoftDoes has been extremely disappointing. Their communication is terrible, the people I dealt with were highly unprofessional, and their pricing is absolutely outrageous compared to the value of the work being delivered. One of my biggest concerns is the company’s lack of transparency. From what I’ve observed, their development work appears to be outsourced to people in Ukraine through another company called Come Back Agency. Even when I searched for SoftDoes online, its website appeared to redirect to Come Back Agency.Take a look at their LinkedIn yourself. They present themselves as a Kansas City-based company, yet I couldn’t find a single employee listed as being based in Kansas City. That raises serious questions about their business structure, where their team actually operates, and who you’re really paying to develop your software. My interactions with the CEO, Orest, were particularly unpleasant. I found him extremely arrogant, dismissive, and condescending. He speaks to customers as though they’re beneath him. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns professionally, his attitude made an already frustrating experience even worse.Their Google reviews also raised serious red flags for me. Several reviewer profiles appeared to have AI-generated profile pictures, and the reviews themselves read as though they were written by ChatGPT rather than genuine customers. Many of these accounts had only ever reviewed SoftDoes. After I confronted them about these concerns, I noticed that some profile pictures had been changed to what appeared to be stock images, and the accounts had gained an additional review of random places. I cannot independently verify who operates these accounts, but the timing and patterns made me seriously question the authenticity of their online reputation.Nothing about my experience with SoftDoes has inspired trust. If you’re looking for custom software development, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Verify who you’re actually doing business with, who will be developing your software, and what you’re paying for.

I had a disappointing experience with Veritis Group during the hiring process for a Product Manager role. After several rounds of interviews and alignment on a specific compensation, I was selected. However, the offer letter that followed listed a much lower salary than what was previously agreed and documented. When questioned, I was told the difference would be covered via “bonuses,” but these were never documented. The offer also lacked critical information — including client name, responsibilities, benefits, and work location. Requests for transparency went unanswered, and the offer was eventually withdrawn without explanation.I’ve attached redacted proof showing the original submitted salary vs. the reduced offer to help others evaluate their interactions more carefully.Visa holders and job seekers: please ask the right questions early, request written documentation, and do not submit sensitive documents until you’ve received a formal offer.
