Proceed with caution. Leadership concerns, false promises, and underwhelming delivery. We initially partnered with Razor Rank with high hopes, but our experience has not aligned with expectations. Their flagship product, “Full Circle Attribution,” didn’t meet its claims. There are more reliable and easier-to-use alternatives on the market. We’ve also noticed a steady decline in service quality. While their team members have been helpful and professional, changes in personnel and tone suggest deeper internal instability. Upselling during periods of client dissatisfaction felt poorly timed and out of touch. We recently discovered that one of the founders, whom we still respect, has taken legal action against the other two remaining founders. Further research revealed what appear to be highly concerning details about one remaining partner, publicly available but not proactively disclosed. This experience has been disappointing. Before signing with this agency, we suggest businesses conduct their due diligence and ask questions about leadership stability and backgrounds, legal standing, and internal turnover.

I’m writing this to help other business owners who care about results. I worked with this company because they promised strong SEO and something called “full circle attribution.” What I got looked nice, but it didn’t show where the results actually came from. It was based on groupthink, not real proof. You can see the same groupthink in their LinkedIn advertising—it all sounds confident, but nothing loops back to show how it works. Google has a term for high-stakes topics: Your Money or Your Life (YMYL). But in SEO, it’s also Your Money or Your Loop (YMOYL). If the loop doesn’t close, your money’s gone—and the trust never lands. I do not recommend. Truth matters.
