118Group assisted us with our organization's rebranding project, creating a new logo and website for our nonprofit. They were excellent to work with, patient (it was a longish process which was completely due to our side's slowness in decision making), and proactive with communication. We were thrilled with all of the design work! Their development team hit a small glitch as they had to incorporate a separate software package we'd purchased and that presented some challenges, but they were able to solve the problems and integrate the software smoothly into the rest of the website's design. We have received so many compliments on the new site since it launched last month! (I should add that one of the reasons we selected 118Group was because one of our members had previously used them for a similar project and was equally delighted with the results.)
