Im a manager of a business. Was contracted with another IT company from 2016-2019. They dipped in service and i decided to google search and get quotes and met with several IT companies. Out of all of them, I was most impressed by 247. The owners (who I wont name) were friendly and answered all my questions on the initial meeting. They took the time to understand our business and adapted to what we needed. Signed on for three years.Giving this review after being contracted for over 1 year.Let's say this:1)best decision I've ever made to get on board with 247 Networks.2) my business was stuck with a terminal server fixated at a location. 247 was amazing in transitioning us to a server (similar to a cloud) located somewhere else. We use a VPN and our own server.3) they helped us switch to internet phones. Amazing decision.4) my business has adapted to the times and can now operate remotely without any fixed address or locationI'm honestly extremely happy to have 247 as our preferred IT providers. Shawn Leblanc worked in a global leader firm as their IT lead and it shows.
