Worst experience ever! Printer did not work as promised. Gave us a secondary printer that we do not have room for so we can print envelopes on since the printer that was supposed to print envelopes on didn't work. Made several promises to resolve issue and pick up secondary printer. It has been 3 years. Still no resolve. Warning! Do not sign contract with this business. You are unable to reach anyone in company with pull and they do not stand by their word or their product. "

This company is not reputable. In fact I would say they are rip off artists! We had been stalked by them for 2 years about leasing a copier. We were made tons of promises about the functionality of the copiers etc. We finally signed up and had nothing but issues. In fact, we had called service over 12 times in a 6 month period. The final straw was when we called the last time and after 21 days no one had shown up. The biggest kicker was every time we called for service we had to pay for the call...because their printer/copier was junk! So we told them to come get it. Now they expect us to pay out the contract for over $4200 dollars without a copier. Crooks. Beware... Do not trust this group. "
