Stay far away from this company. They just want to charge you and not fulfill their end of the contract. They lied about their experience, they ignored my attempts to reach them. They excused their lack of communication by telling me their employees are dealing with personal issues, this was on multiple occasions with more than one employee. I moved onto another accountant and I learned that they didn't complete my corporation properly. The accountant I was assigned too was asking me to ask my colleagues how their accountants were doing their job..... They would refuse to escalate the problem to upper management despite agreeing that there was a lack in professionalism and accountability on their end. I lost so much money and out of thousands of dollars I paid them, they agreed to refund me less than 25% of what I paid for services not rendered. DO NOT trust them. They took complete advantage of me. I have receipts to prove it. "
